The best way to beat the medallion round for the plane of torment is to save the biggest areas of the map for last because that's where the biggest enemies are. You have to free all twenty souls from their cells while you have no armor or weapons. Be careful because there are alot of archers. Make sure you get it done because it'll lead to you getting a second earring after you do the mission in the bloodstone round that follows the medallion round

There was not really a Champions of Norrath 2 unless you count Champions Return to Arms. So do not expect the game as it has been a number of years and a new release is unlikely especially in a PS2 version of the game

You probably dont have something setup right for your controllers, it should let you have 3 players connected from the start
