Quite possibly. Fox says that they want to do it, and they have been having talks with the director and the stars of the show to get everyone back on board.
Some fans were disappointed by the 6 new episodes that came so much later, but it was kind of like the newest Star Wars... they had to reboot the whole story for a new generation. If they do a new season (probably only 8-10 episodes due to the schedules and living situations of all of the participants), they wouldn't have to rehash so much, and they could move forward with new storylines.
