Is there going to be another Shrek movie?

There are actually plans for a Shrek 4 and a Shrek 5.

Shrek 4 is titled "Shrek 4ever After" and is scheduled for release May 21st, 2010.

Shrek 5 is supposed to be the final film in the series and is tentatively scheduled for release in 2013.

While nothing is official yet, on October 19th 2016, it was reported that the co-writer of the Austin Powers sequels, was being courted to write a fifth installment in the Shrek series when his pitch impressed the studio. Whether it actually gets greenlit remains to be seen.
