Yes, they are currently working on the third film, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. This is based off the fifth book in the Chronicles of Narnia series (the order is The Magician's Nephew, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, The Horse and His Boy, Prince Caspian, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, The Silver Chair and The Last Battle.)

dawn treader came out December 10 in the us. it all depends on how well dawn treader does at the box office. it would most likely need to make more than prince caspian(412 million). the first move the lion the witch and the wardrobe made over 700 million so if dawn treader doesn't make any more than prince caspian,chances are high that they will drop the franchise.
