Not if you just want him to move out and he is not paying rent or anything. He has no legal right living in your house past 18yo, it's just what you allow him. Being a parent myself though I would recommend sitting down with him and looking for apartments so he is not out on the street. Give him 1-2 months when everything has to be sorted. If he still wont move just change the locks and put his stuff outside.
