Katherine Hepburn did not have Parkinson's disease. In one of her rare interviews in the 1990's she stated that she inherited the shaking from her grandfather. It was not life threatening but the very private actress did not readily disclose information about herself. Several different diagnoses can be attributed her shaking head but without confirmation from Ms. Hepburn is it only speculation.
