∙ 9y agoParent's can kick a child out at the age of 16 in the UK. This means that they are probably able to get away with charging rent. You could refuse and be kicked out and get special housing from the council though.

Of course it is not real, it is just a movie. Speak to your parents or teacher about the difference between fact and fiction.

No, there have to be a adult who can take legal responsibility. If the parents go overseas on vacation this is more than just babysitting.

If you meet the qualifications for unemployment, then you can file for the unemployment benefits. These requirements do not include anything about owning a separate household from your parents. You just have to have lost your job for a reason that is not your fault and there are salary/work time requirements but they vary by state.

Yes. Miley still lives with her parents. Remember, she is just 16.
There's no legal age requirement. It's just a family matter - the parents don't like the idea. You could be engaged at 14 but since you can't get married without their consent they are still in charge. Otherwise, you'd want to wait until you're old enogh to not need your parents consent for marriage.
just stay still and say sorry or just be quite.
If your parents divorce, you'll still get to see them both just at different times away from each other.

If the charge is still pending or you've been convicted, the answer is no - not just in Indiana, but anywhere else in the United States, as well.
