Dunno about you, but I had to delete the game in question from the code list, create a new one and retype all the codes I wanted.
Not sure how old this question is, but.... here you go.
well the way u reset it is put ur action replay in hold a+b turn on ur Nintendo ds then when it comes on hold selct and start whilst holding a+b and it should restart your memory (WARNING!!!!) YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL YOUR ACTION REPLAY DISC IN TO RE ADD ALL OF YOUR CODES BACK ON TO YOUR ACTION REPLAY AS IT ERASES ALL OF YOUR GAMES AND CODES BUT THE DISC IT COMES WITH CONTAINS ALL THE CODES THAT THE ACTION REPLAY CAME WITH
Action Replay
To Update your action replay connect your action replay with the cable provided to your computer (your DS and action replay should be switched on) open up your action replay code manager. (Assuming you have alreadydownloaded the software) and click on either the DS icon for a quick update (this refreshes the game list and includes new games) or you can click the other Icon for a software update to see the latest versions of action replay DS... Once you have clicked on the DS icon, the update should take place :) warning: THIS WILL DELETE ALL OF YOUR CODES SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SAVED ALL CUSTOM CODES BEFORE UPDATING
u can use the action replay software or u can go on the internet for codes

It is possible for save game data to become corrupted, when you use an Action Replay. For example if you activate too many codes on the DS Castlevania games, it can wipe the save data from one or more of the slots. However it is not possible for an Action Replay to break the game cartridge. It cannot make permanent changes to the game data itself.
yes warning it might ruin your action replay 80% chance of ruin
Buy an action replay. Warning: gamecube action replays will not work on a wii.

1. Insert the Action Replay disc and connect your Action Replay card to the USB Cable. 2. Pull up the Action Replay window screen 3. In the upper right corner of the window you will see Update Software 4. Click that button and your Action Replay should be fully updated!
