There isn't any man who can give you fossils. Fossils can only be obtained by mining for them underground. However, you have to beat the elite four first before you can find any other fossils besides armor fossils.

∙ 12y agofirst you use a Pokemon that khow the move fly,fly to oreburgh town then go to the museum if you don't khow where the museum is it's behind the Pokemon center go in there and talk to the man wear white shirt standing in the counter and then he want you to go outside for a while,then you go into the museum again talk to him he will give you the Pokemon in the fossil you got remember diffrent kind of fossil is diffrent kind of Pokemon,that is all.
