In theory, yes, although the proper/formal name for them are 'starbolts'. As I am a fan of the animated series running from 2003-2006, I am uncertain whether the trait is unique to simply the Warner Brothers' adaption or is a true Starfire power - but she is also able to deviate her powers to her eyes, as we saw in the episode 'Stranded', when she is fending off the sticky monster with Robin.
When Robin, Beastboy, and Cyborg were fighting Starfire before she realized that they were trying to get to know her. Raven was just watching from the shadows, and she first showed herself by stopping Robin, Beastboy and Cyborg from attacking Starfire again. Raven was also the only one to point out to Robin that Starfire's hands were cuffed together.
Starfire forcefully kisses Robin in the episode Go! to assimilate the English language, however Tamaraneans actually do not need to kiss to gain languages. The simply need to come in contact with another. The method of which Starfire uses to gain English from Robin is slightly strange. The two also romantically kiss in the movie Trouble In Tokyo.
No, there isn't. There are those who use programs such as Photoshop to alter scenes, frame by frame, and then post it on the internet, claiming such an event has occurred, playing the frames in a sequence. Notice how the animation may be choppy, or that no sound it played during these "animations."To do this, they may replace Starfire's body with Raven's, or merge two scenes together. If there is sound though, notice how the voices may seem fake, or amateurish. The next guy who edits this better know what's he doing, because I've done actual research.
Robin - superpowers, but used a great number of gadgets. A martial artist. Beastboy - Able to morph into any animal Cyborg - Like Robin, no super powers, but uses technology and a "sonic cannon" Raven- A telekinetic Starfire - Shoots "stable's" Terra- Can control Earth (rocks, mud and whatnot)
Lladro clowns usually comes in a lying down position where the clown's head is propped upon their hands. Some clowns are also standing or leaning on something.

The warmth that you feel when rubbing your hands comes from the friction generated between your hands. When you rub your hands together, the energy from the motion is converted into heat, warming up your hands.
hands ,fingers, and a basketball team
a murderer comes to mind
Clapping hands. Tango dancers.
This quote means that a person paints with there hands only because the idea comes from their brain.
I don't believe the V3 comes with a hands-free set, but you can certainly buy one.
The Cyclopes were the primordial offspring of Uranus (Sky) and Gaia (Earth). They were siblings of the Titans and Hecatonchires (Giants with a hundred hands). So they can be considered the uncles of the original Olympian gods.
LOL, Yes - but not in real life. But the waterbenders power comes from dance movement within their hands. Their lives evolve around dance and the ART of waterbending through the hands
Odd question ! Sweaty hands are from sweat glands releasing fluid, whereas sperm comes from the testicles in a males scrotum.
