On YouTube when people are using SonicX cutscenes I notice that said cuss words but when i watched that episode they didn't say them is there another version of SonicX or something?

no people sometomes make things called "dubs" which are voice-overs or they ad in bleeps to make it sound like they are saying curse words, to make it funny.
Yes, this IS true, HOWEVER: in the Japanese version of Sonic X, they do actually cuss, saying words like s***, d***, and b******. (i censored the words so i wouldn't get in trouble...
if you have ANY doubts: watch the official subbed version of Sonic X season one... trust me, it'll be worth your time... cause its kinda funny if ya ask me... also, pay close attention to the intro for it too... and you will see why its different in the U.S.A.... talks about how rules are a punk's philosophy, and the best goal is to break them...
