I'm a Mother of 3 , with a husband that has lost his job due to the fact that he was working in the Mortgage industry and the housing market went down, that has put alot of pressure on me to keep up with all the bills in the house hold. We are trying to get our mortgage payment down from 2941.25 amonth to last lease 1500.00 including tax's and insurance but our Mortgage company is not welling to help. I've been trying to save 15,000.00 to have for the closing cost to be able to pay down my interest rate to help us stay in our home. I only make about 3500.00 a month, so i have had to go into my savings everymonth to meet my bills, Im down to 3,000 and in the next 2 mnths all my savings will be gone. This is the only home that my children has ever known and i have always wanted to raise my children in a place were when they grow up that can say "we were raised in that house " and they can call it home..
