U can't catch one (without action replay), but this is what u do to get one. Use the pokeradar on route 216, 217 and surrounding lake acuity. Catch a female Snorunt. Remember, it has to be FEMALE. Use a dawn stone (found at mt. coronet) on your snorunt. It evolves into froslass.
