Azurill can be caught as a Daily Pokémon at the Trophy Garden, just talk to Mr. Backlot after you have gotten the National Dex and it could be 1 of the Pokémon that he'll say will appear in his garden that day and the next day and the following days until you have activated 2 more different Pokémon to appear in his garden. Glaceon, you need an Eevee (any Eevee will do) and you need to take it to the Ice Rock that's near Snowpoint City and level it up and it'll evolve into a Glaceon. Magmar can be found and caught in Fuego Ironworks. Much like Glaceon you cannot find a wild Froslass however you could catch a female Snorunt in Lake Acuity and in the Lake Acuity Lakefront as well as within Route 217 and then you use a Dawn Stone on it and it'll evolve into a Froslass.
