Pros and cons of french healthcare system?

The Pro's of the French healthcare system are, Access; Cost efficiency; Preventative care; The con's are Economical disadvantages; Regional disadvantages; and too much of a change for our society. That's a complete summary of what I've. but the money advantages or disadvantages is very argument-able. You see, the people of France do pay less,but they spend more. France has been running deficits since 1985, and currently stands at 14.77 billion dollars in deficits. Their taxes are 3% higher then here in the U.S. But that's barely a difference if you think about it, because in that 3% people are getting unlimited access to doctors.. Which is pretty much the reason for France's deficits. Because of this unlimited service with no cost or constraints to the patient, people end up going every day that week, complaining about the littlest things. This ends up in an enormous boost in healthcare consumption, and a 5-8% increase in expenses each year, resulting in these enormous deficits.
