the titanic never got raised to be honest I think that she should be left in peace now, many people go down every year and bring something back up, This is now illegal as Titanic is now protected so She should be left in piece and noone else going down to see her.

Why did some people consider it disrespectful to raise the Titanic?

Some people consider that raising the Titanic is disturbing a grave. Raising the Titanic would be raising the grave yard or cemetery of 1,517 souls that died that night. It would be VERY direspectful. I say we keep the Titanic down there for respect for all those poor souls that went down with the 'unsinkable' ship. But that is just my opinion. Sorry if you believe the Titanic should be raised.

Is it possible to remake the Titanic?

There have been scale models, for the movies. But there would be no point in replicating the ship, as it could not compete against today's hi-tech cruise-vessels. And if you are talking about raising and rebuilding the wreck of the Titanic, that is completely impossible. The wreck is extremely fragile and is close to completely falling apart.
