Yes of course if they are under the age of prosecution. The parent is the legal guardian of the child so is responsible for that child's actions.
Yes and they should because if someone did that to get them in trouble they will be mad n day be getting prank and shi t so yea
some say yes and some say no. In the end, and as a practicle matter, it will probably depend on the nature of the crime.
Keeping the money is theft. You will have to pay it back. The money should go to the person who have the kids and if that is none of the parents, both parent have to pay child support to that person.
If the grandparents have had custody the parents of the child have to pay them child support. If you by child care mean daycare that is also the parents who pay for that.
parent should be held responsible for children under the age of ten because this way the parent has no excuse for the child's wrong doing. For example a six year srcaches a neighbors car they should pay bit by bit to try and pay the damage of. Two reasons why are first if the child that age was not attend for or watched then yeh that's there fualt. Second the child doesn't know what its doing and isn't' able to pay the payment him or her self. Those are my theries on the problem. Then i think 10-13 should be able to be wacthed to see the types of parents they have. If the parents are all for educhation and teaching wrong from right they should be of the hook.Because the parents have done there partr in parenting and has filled the biggest purpuse in parenting. Which is teaching wrong from right. But on the other hand if the parent should be poor in teach those rules the child wasn't informed of his/her doing. Say the parent live in a very unstabel home and has rekles parents tha child needs help with nuterity skills. That's why theres counsleing for those in need. Any way's if a child is over thirteen there teenagers and now are learning about the true mean world and need to break away from there parents. And doing so they should know the baseks. If ther redon't there should pay and be reasponsible for there actions. Being given more freedom when they make a disishion they better be ready for the consiquenses.
yes, we are financially responsible for our kids until they are 18, in most states, 2 states, I believe it is until they are 19. If they break it we pay for it.Financial responsibility falls on the parents until the kid turns 21 in NY
Get the court's approval for this first.
Because the kids should be responsible and not have to be paid
Kids should be in brand names when they can afford to pay for them. Unless they can understand that for special occasion only they might get it from the parents if the parents can afford it....Bridget....
Providing child day care centers helps working parents by ensuring their children are in a safe and educational environment while they work. This support enables parents to remain in the workforce and contribute to the economy. It also promotes early childhood development and can help reduce income inequality by providing accessible childcare options for all families.
That is a matter of opinion. In my mind they shouldn't, but some children respond to incentives such as that.
No kids have to there self !!that stinks
I think you should pay half and your parents should pay halfAnother view:No, the parents are not obligated to pay for half, a fourth, or any of it. Parents don't "owe" their kids any expensive (luxury) items - those are a privilege IF the parents choose to buy it, or even pay for just part of it.If the item is not a necessity (e.g. food, basic clothing, etc.), then you should buy it, but only if YOU have the money to do so. If you don't have enough money to buy it right now, then you can save for it until you do have enough money for it.As for how much should you pay for it, that depends on how badly you want it, as well as how expensive it is. If you want it badly enough, then you should be willing to pay for it yourself.
to pay for the kids that are in the other parents custody
If the kids are earning money, the parents can do so. As long as the child is a minor, their earnings actually belong to the parents..
Kids should not pay for sports because students should have fun. There wouldn't be fun if you have to pay a lot of money each month or year in a sport.Another reason why kids should not pay for sports is because less kids would join to play on a sport.Parents might not have the money to pay each month or year for a sport. It's a school's job to fund these activities and not a kids'. Students should participate in sports and not worry about paying.
Some parents are simply impatient and bad-tempered and believe yelling is the only way to get their kids to pay attention to them.
You and your parents.
Scared straight' programs bring kids into prisons and jails to show them the consequences of crime. They are generally very effective.
