The season you choose to have your cataract surgery in doesn't matter. The weather (rainy or otherwise) won't affect your post operative eye. After your procedure you'll wear an eye shield for a day, you'll then have your post operative check and you will be instructed to wear a pair of dark, full coverage "cataract sunglasses" if you go out in sun to minimize discomfort. Other than that the weather should have no effect on your procedure at all.
