First off, make sure it's a game that can go ONLINE. Second, make sure you have the connection required as some PS2 games will not accept dial up. Try another game and see if your that game goes online. Some games I believe are no longer put online as 1) it's too expensive to run servers for the game as gameplay is free, and 2) No one ever plays that game online or too few people play that game online at all.
