I am unaware of any plans to release that Disney short. Which is a shame, since my grandfather plays one of the hunters, and I'm dying to have a good copy of it (in particular, the longer version that has campfire music, etc.).
It is possible to get 8mm (silent) and 16mm (sound) copies from various libraries. I have been tempted to get a 16mm copy and convert to DVD.
