If it's only one side it usually means that there is a burned out bulb somewhere.

Remove the headlight assembly above the bad bulb to gain access to the burned out bulb. To remove the headlight assembly, open the hood, locate and remove the two tabs that lock and hold the assembly in place, with those tabs removed you can wiggle the headlight assembly out in the open. Now you can reach in and r & r the burned out signal bulb
Remove the lightbulb connector from the back of your turn signal. Take hold of the lightbulb, push in and turn at the same time. The lightbulb will come out. Reverse the process to install the new lightbulb.
You need to replace the turn signal bulb. When bulb is burnt out the turn signal will flash faster.
the bulb is probably blown there like a headlight bulb low beam hibeam so if its blown it will just be illuminated and not flash
First thing is to check for a burnt out bulb in either the front or rear turn signal for the side that stays lit. Second, if the bulbs are fine then check for a bad turn signal fuse/cannister. Hope this helps.

You did not mention if it is a bulb problem or it will not flash. If it blinks faster on one side than the other, then you have a bad bulb. Check them and determine which is not working and replace it. If the indicator stays on steady, then you have a flasher problem. it will not flash

Flasher is under the dash, drivers side, follow the clicking sound the signal makes when turned on. That sound comes from the flasher. If signal is staying on it could be you have a bulb or two out. Check your signal lights before replacing the flasher.
