I know of no evidence for this. Some of the characters in Hitchcock's films may have suggested that they were gay, or at least sexually confused. In Rope, he portrayed two men as a couple, going about as far as the censors would allow in those days.

He had only one wife, her name was Alma and they had one daughter, her name was Patricia. You can see Patricia in his film Psycho. She is Marion's co-worker at the beginning of the movie.
