I think you're probably thinking of Mucha Lucha. The show featured several kids in training to become masked wrestlers. The main protagonist was Ricochet along with his friends The Flea and Buena Girl. Pretty much everyone in the show was, was training to be, or had been a masked wrestler... including the siblings and parents of the main characters.
