The traditional place to watch a movie is at a cinema. This could be a smaller cinema with just one screen showing the film, or a large multi- screen venue where several films are available to choose from. Alternatively movies can be viewed on DVD in the comfort of your own home.

You cannot stay in the cinema for the following showing. You would need to buy another ticket and then reenter. I would assume they kick everyone out when they clean the cinema.
Well, as the film isn't out currently (soon it will be though - I'm looking forward to it !), I would think the place where you could watch the film is in a cinema. :)

A person would have to watch frequent Chinese cinema to be able to even answer this. Chinese cinema is not known for playing in American theaters. In 2000 "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" was released but that film might be considered too Americanized by fans of Chinese cinema.
depends on what cinema you watch it at, check ur cinema for viewings or ring them for price btw the film is v.good:) but watch out for important deaths, not wanna ruin it, some end fast, have fun
