This British film, directed by Robert Parrish, was originally released as Doppelganger and subsequently released in the United States as Journey to the Far Side of the Sun. The final scene where Captain Glen Ross, played by Roy Thinnes, charges a mirror to attack his own reflection does so because the planet he has flown to on the other side of the sun turns out to be a parallel earth only everything is in reverse, like in a mirror.
