Unfortunately no. Not that it lacks natural beauty or accessability. The North American tourist that lacks funds to go Island hopping across the Pacific is usually satisfied to taste Pacific Paradise on Hawaii or to make the big splurge and head to Australia or New Zealand. Very few visit Samoa, Tonga, Fiji or other South Pacific sites either because they lack the time or the money to indulge themselves. It is their loss.
Samoa is 4 hours behind Phoenix.
midnight for pacific time : )
In the afternoon Pacific Coast Time on June 10 2011
3 time
American Samoa is 6 hours behind New York during Standard Time (Winter) and 7 Hours behind New York during Daylight Saving Time. If it is noon in New York, it is 6am in winter and 5am in summer in American Samoa. The time difference to Samoa (Not American Samoa) is a little harder to calculate since their daylight saving time "falls" forward in September and "Springs" backwards in April. So the time difference is either 6 hours behind when both Samoa and the New York are in Daylight Saving Time. 7 Hours behind when New York is in Daylight Saving and Samoa is Not.
Samoa has Christmas at the same time like everyone else around the world, December 25, every year.
If a plane takes off from Samoa on Jan. 1st at 12:01 AM WSST and flies to American Samoa, if the flight takes less than an hour, the plane could land on Dec. 30th. West Samoa Summer Time (UTC+14), the time in Samoa from September to April, is 25 hours ahead of Samoa Standard Time (UTC-11), the time in American Samoa all year.
They are always out We only see them when its pacific or eastern time night when the sky is clear
