There is no one Pokemon who lay eggs. Ditto can be used with any other Pokemon to breed, and if you have 2 Pokemon in the same egg group, that may work too. I prefer Ditto as it can pretty much breed with any Pokemon.

well, it depends on which daycare. if you want to go to the one Pokemon daycare, it is below Cerulean City. If you want to go to the two Pokemon daycare, you have to beat the Elite Four, catch 60 Pokemon or more, and go to the islands. I forget what they are called, but they are the one's where you find the ruby and sapphire. good luck!
