What Pokemon cant you get in Pokemon Diamond?

Meditite and evolutions. (You can get them in Sapphire)

All kanto Pokemon. PS: Some like tentacool and goldeen can be found by fishing or Surfing on water, kanto starter are given by Scott (The guy who takes you to the Battle Frontier, you can find him in a small house on the left of the battle tower) when you complete the national Pokedex.

All Jhoto Pokemon. PS:Some can be found in the safari zone. For example:stantler, gligar and mareep, jhoto starters are given by professor Birch when you complete the Hoenn Pokdedex.

All sinnoh Pokemon.

Zangoose

Roselia

Lunatone

Maybe I forgot some, but I think I got them all.

Some Pokemon you can't get in Pokemon diamond are all the starters and legendarys from previous gens.The Pokemon that are exclusive to pearl only and diamond can't possibly get unless OS trade are: Slowpoke, Slowbro, Pinsir, Slowking, Misdreavus, Houndoor, Houndoom, Stantler, Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein, Bagon, Shelgon, Salamence, Sheildon, Bastiodon, Mismagius, Glameow, Purugly and Palkia

I am not completely sure, but I know that you can't get Oddish, Growlithe or Ekans. There might also be a few of the rarities in the Safari Zone that can only be obtained in Red, but sure which exactly.
