Who is Orochimaru from Naruto?
Orochimaru is one of The Leaf's Three Legendary Sanin like Jiraya and Tsunade. He was found conducting experiments of people from the hidden leaf. Then he fled and made the Sound Village country for himself. Once he did that, he continued to make humans his experiments for eternal life. The techinque was reversed by Sasuke with the sharingan and orochimaru was sealed inside. Later on, during Sasuke's fight with Itachi, Sasuke used so much chakra that Orochimaru was able to escape. Itachi used Susanoo to seal him forever.

so far sasuke joins orochimaru to gain power to defeat his brother itachi and get vengence for his family... after a few episodes sasuke kills orochimaru (right before orochimaru is ready to take sasuke's body) and absorbs his power gaining orochimaru's jutsu's... Sasuke eventually tracks down itachi and kills him only to find out from a still alive and evil madara uchiha (an ancient ancestor that vows vengence on the hidden leaf village) that itachi was put up to killing the uchiha clan by danzo (leader of the Anbu Black Ops foundation) and other hidden leaf superiors. Itachi left Sasuke alive not for future fights but for the fact that he couldn't bear to kill his innocent little brother. He also learns Itachi planned to let sasuke kill him and in return took away orochimaru's curse mark and gave him more sharingun powers. Sasuke then vows to destroy the hidden leaf and is now on a mission to do so. But Madara has chained Sasuke to the Akatsuki through a promise to help sasuke destroy the leaf. Sasuke just has to catch the eight tails which he fails to do. So he is then told to kill danzo ( who became hokage) and succeeds.

In a fight between Naruto and Sasuke currently they are both gaining new abilities and powers, Sasuke will obtain his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Naruto will gain full control over the Nine tails Chakra. Sasuke no longer has the curse mark's powers and Naruto acquired the ability of Sage Mode. Sasuke does have multiple mangekyou jutsus and might put up a fight against Naruto. But Naruto does have much more Chakra naturally and along with the Sage Mode chakra and the Nine Tails, his Chakra far outweighs Sasuke's. Even if Sasuke was to put up a fight he wouldn't last nearly as long as Naruto could. In the end it only matters how fast Sasuke can end the fight or how long it will take Naruto to end the fight!
