No. That theory is 100% incorrect, the ship bent causing the decks to bend downward then the pressure was too much and the ship broke at about a 35 degree angle. The bending and pressure caused the decks to slant steeply downward, the first class lounge also had lots of pressure on it because of the air that was trapped during sinking. Then when the pressure and bending was too much it imploded and broke and that is why the decks are slanted steeply downward. The 3rd funnel part as the bow was headed for the bottom the part tore away and that's why it is missing in the wreck photos, also when the ship hit the seafloor the open spaces caused the decks to collapse even more.
