It is one right for Celestic town. If you go down where the Dragon Master Elder`s house is and go left before the "fence", and then go down the stairs and use the dowsing machine, you will find one.
The second one is on Iron Island. After you help Riley, you take the elevator down and go through a different exit from before. Before you leave, there should be a Shiny Stone lying around.
