There are 5 Legendary Pokemon you can catch in Sapphire version. These are: Regirock, Registeel, Regice, Kyogre and Rayquaza.

If you want a Groudon, you must trade it from Ruby version or Emerald Version.

**Note**: In order to catch Regirock, Registeel, and Regice, you will first need Relicanth and Wailord which are both quite rare, however with a bit of searching on routes 122-131, Relicanth should appear and Wailord can be evolved from Wailmer on level 40.
