He's refering to planning what him and Maxwell will do when he kidnaps him after getting out of jail. He says he's had a lot of time studying people and figuring out what makes them tick. First he says that they will get a RV that has the name Reverend Kenneth David Kane. Then says, that Maxwell will be standing outside of the van in a real nice suit to collect money in a basket while Kenny Kane preaches, so Maxwell won't be stealing. He also states that Max and Kenny will travel south. Those are what appeared to be Killer Kane plans for the future.
