Jigoku Shoujo is really awesome (hope I spelt it right!)
'Another' is also a must-watch. But I should warn you it contains some disturbing and violent deaths so maybe not for those who dislike that kind of stuff.
Finally; corpse party. Isn't very frightening but contains loads of gore, but fantastic storyline.
