No similarities at all. Jim Crow were laws passed to prevent African Americans from voting and having equal rights in employment, housing, education, and society. Disability rights recognized that people with various problems had trouble getting into buildings, parking, restrooms that are too small, dressing rooms for handicapped too small, and other things.
