"Mrs. Miracle" and "Call Me Mrs. Miracle," based on stories by Debbie MacComber, are about a magical woman, Mrs. Merkle, who everyone ends up calling Mrs. Miracle. The first movie sees her taking a job as a nanny to a couple of rambunctious twins and hooking up their widower father with their music teacher. In the second one, Mrs. Miracle shows up as an employee in a toy store, though nobody can remember hiring her! She helps bring two couples together, including a woman who's taking care of her brother's son while he's deployed overseas.
In both stories, Mrs. Miracle restores the spirit of Christmas and brings love and understanding to the people she touches.
