I am inclined to say Hannah Montana, due to the success of its merchandise and film. Most other Disney Channel Original films premier on Disney Channel only, whereas 'Hannah Montana: The Movie' premiered in cinemas worldwide. Plus, the fact that it's principle actress, Miley Cyrus, is one of the most well known teenagers in the whole world also boosts the fame of her hit show.
