I believe the best answer for you would be the 18th andthe 21st amendments would be what you are looking for. They refer the the beginning, and the later repeal, of prohibition.
They only hate each other in the show, they're probably friends in real life.
The question is confusing because the word 'Amendment' itself means 'change'. The Founding Fathers ratified the Constitution then added in the original 10 amendments (I thought) everybody learned about in school--the Bill of Rights. Total, there are 27 Amendments to the US Constitution. There has been only one 'change' in the Amendments, and that involves the 18th and 21st Amendments. The first enacted Prohibition, the latter repealed it.
They Only Banged each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Crips call each other ''Cuzz'' & they also call each other ''Loc''. They refer to each other as ''Cuzz'' because they are accepting all Crips as their family, and they refer to each other as ''Loc'' cause it stands for ''Love Of Crips''.
Like it is now, the only change would be Archie and Johnny either threatening each other or ignoring each other.
The force's don't cancel out each other, they act on different objects. Forces can cancel only if they act on the same object.
No, vertical and horizontal forces act independently of each other and do not cancel each other out unless they are components of the same force vector. The only way for a vertical force to cancel out a horizontal force is if the vertical force is part of a force vector that is pointing at an angle to the horizontal force.
During motion, the only two equal forces that can cancel each other without altering the motion of the object are normal and gravity, they are opposite to each other but the same. Also if Fa/T is equal to Friction, then the forces are balanced.

The acidity and alkalinity would begin to cancel each other out. I only recommend using a small amount of a weak base or acid to counteract each other because a strong acid and base will cancel out faster, but very violently.
Yes and no. They are equal in size and opposite in direction, but they are NOT exerted onto the same object. Each object exerts exactly one force and each object RECEIVES exactly one force. With only one force being exerted onto each object, there is nothing to be cancelled on each single object. Thus, they do not cancel, they simply exert themselves on different objects.
Yes, they can cancel all insurance on each other that the other is paying for. This can only happen if the insurance policy was created with both people as either primary or secondary policy holders. A person cannot just call or contact an insurance company and cancel their insurance without being on the policy.
Only one side needs more force. If you are using the same amount, the forces cancel each other out.

Yes, longitudinal waves can exhibit interference. Interference occurs when two or more waves superimpose on each other and either reinforce or cancel each other out, depending on their relative phase. This phenomenon is not exclusive to transverse waves only.
I don't know only Honest Abe know that answer.
No. When two forces act in the same direction, they can be added together. It is only when two identical forces act in opposite directions that they cancel each other out.
