Yes- energy vamps (aka psivamps). I know a person who is one and she is exceedingly powerful! Scares the living daylights outta me... But I have seen that these vamps are very susceptible to becoming the blood vamps as well as siphoning energy from any and all living things nearby. Talk about double whammy! :)
