It depends on which family you want to know more about, the Roloffs from 'Little People, Big World" or Dr. Jen Arnold and Bill Klein of "The LIttle Couple." As of August 2014, "The Little Couple" still have a reality television series. Dr. Jen Arnold and Bill Klein continue to share their lives and their expanding family with fans across the globe. In August 2014, Dr. Jen tweeted that they were back to filming the next season. While there has not been an official update from the ROloffs over the summer, it is very likely they will continue to release their family update specials on regular intervals. While a weekly show is no longer in production, the family does come together seasonally for regular updates.

Yes. How much? There is no record. However, it was a popular show for 5 years and TLC earned quite a bit off its production. Considering the boobs on Jersey Shore get $60,000 per episode, and the Gosselins reportedly earned between $65,000 and 1 million per episode, I would think the Roloffs had be in that neighborhood.
