Constant harassment which makes walking almost impossible.

Safety issues.

Poor enforcement of Law and Order.

Corruption from the bottom to the top.

Tourists are there to be ripped off and are seen as nothing more than walking ATMs.

Very dirty.

Other than that, it's a great place.
