What attracts normal type Pokemon in Pokemon Diamond?

there is no such item that would attract any normal type Pokemon but three good places to get good Pokemon on diamond are.

1: on the right of canalve city(there should be a grassy area),if you keep looking there for a long time there should be ditto's pop up from time to time

2:at the top of soleaceon town (the long grassy area)P.s Were the daycare centre is

3:And last but not least around the fight arena and the resort area you should be able to find boats loads of rare and international Pokemon around there ok:)

I vote for staraptor(also part flying) and for Blissey(Hp all the way) but blissey isn't of much help against the elite four, so i would say staraptor.

They aren't super-effective on any type, but they aren't effected by ghost moves and vice versa
