It does not seem possible to beat the breath test. The Mythbusters' sixth episode in the first season busted this myth. They did find that mouth wash seriously messes with the readings. If you're looking to beat the Breathalyzer, this would probably be the best idea to pursue. If the readings are messed up, they do test you again, however. If the second test's readings are different, they will probably do a blood alcohol test, which doesn't seem to be cheat able.

Kinder, Gentler Nation. That was his slogan.
Don't drink is the only way to "beat" a breathalyzer. Or, get sober long before you drive, over many hours. The breathalyzer test is very sensitive. You cannot fool it. It will not help to chew gum or suck on mints. There is one OTHER way to avoid a breathalyzer... have a designated sober driver.
They eat special edible underwear which are available from sex shops or lingerie shops. Very rarely do people attempt to eat regular underwear, though it is amazing what some people attempt to do while drinking. One man supposedly tried to eat his socks and perhaps undergarments in the hope it would fool a breathalyzer. Another tried to eat his own dung to fool a breathalyzer. But neither stunt worked.
Yes, in most states the breathalyzer is seen as a presumptive test.
no drugs can be detected on a breathilizer. a breathalyzer is used to tell if someone is drunk.
The best information that i could attain was on winikapedia. It gives a run down on everything that there is to know about a breathalyzer and how it works. The link to it is here if your interested http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breathalyzer.

No, not a chance. A breathalyzer measures only the level of alcohol contained in ones exhaled breath.
Not really. You can delay it and take the breathalyzer at the station. It does measure your breath and you don't need to blow as hard as the cops will encourage you to.

There are several services that provide breathalyzer tests. You can install a test in your teen's car but there is no guarantee they will use it.
