Improved Answer: You cannot have Babies in the Sims2 for Ps2.
However, you can do better stuff ad but better facilities in the catalogue.
You can chose from two options Story mode or Family mode.
With Story mode you have just 12 locations to unlock. You meet new Sims on the way.
There is alot more to do.
In family mode, you create a family, Just 4 people in each family.
and just live a normal life by creating a dream home

∙ 14y agoThere are many many things you can do (I had it on Gamecube, PS2 and GC versions are practically the same):~Make A Nice Sim~Get a Job~Get Married~Move From Different Houses~Be Different Sims~FreePlay~Play on 2 Players~WooHoo/Have Sex~Be Yourself~Cant Have Kids!
