Using the water stone on Evee will result in Vaporean, and the fire stone; Flareon, respectively; using a thunderstone will give you Jolteon; its other two evolved forms or found during happiness and level up during day and night.
Using a water stone on poliwhirl while give you Poliwrath.
Using a leafstone on Bellsprout or Gloom will give you their final evolved forms.
You must also use a water stone on Shelldon in order for it to evolve into cloyster.
