No, NEIL ARMSTRONG+also EDWIN ALDRIN didn`t drive a vehical on

the moon!

Their mainly activities on their first stay on the moon have been :

to collect moon-stones in different types +weights,-to take them back to

the geol.-scientists.

Then their next very important task has been :

To take/make a lot of photographs with their "ZEISSS-IKON"camera :

of the moon"himself"(itself),"his"(it`s)surface, their own footprints on the moonsurface, and the area around the "Tranquility Base,-

where ...."the "EAGLE" had landed."

They also expected a telephone call with their President of the USA,-

and before this phone call would reach them,they dropped the

stick with the flag of the USA into the bottom/ground of the moon !!

And while Neil`s and Buzz`s APOLLO 11 "spacehip-mate" MICHAEL COLLINS

was surrounding the moon, and awaiting his two astronaut-colleagues,---

very busy engineers and technicans on the far away PLANET"EARTH"

near Houston/Texas, were developing ,constructing + building the

f i r s t moon-rover.

It was then ready to drive+to use on the moon,

when the APOLLO 15 crew started to their moon - landing mission.

So, now you`ll understand , that at that time 20/21.7.1969 it as

it was still impossible for NEIL ARMSTRONG + EDWIN ALDRIN,

to drive a vehical during their

FIRST STAY on the MOON !!!

....In 1969 I was just 12 years old and very impressed

of the NASA`s astronaut`s first landing on the moon!

If you mean did he have a vehicle for use on the moon, then no. The Lunar Rovers were not introduced until Apollo 15.
