∙ 13y agoYou get a seal case in Solaceon Town from a woman. First, go to the top of the town, and go right. Jump down 2 levels on the levels farther from the town, and go to the second house and talk to the woman.
If you have an Action replay, just run for your life and you'll find it.

∙ 11y agoYou have to get an Oran-Berri from the BerriShard person in Olivine city. Then, go to the Moomoo farm on level 39 and go to the Miltank and then talk to it. It will ask you for an Oran-Berri. Say yes, repeat until it gets better and then talk to the girl on the left where she will give you the seal case. Then talk to the girl on the right, she will give you 3 seals, then go to the nearest health centre. Go to your PC box and then go down to your avatar's namepress. Go down to ball capsules and then click on a ball and it will work.
