What did Stanley from holes think when the sneakers on his head?

He thought that he should go home to his father and show him the sneakers, since he was trying to make an invention to reuse old shoes. And because he was so excited he wanted to run home, then the police caught him running with the sneakers and thought he was trying to steal them.
This is how he got to Camp Green Lake, he as at the wrong place at the wrong time. That also links to the curse on his family.

The shoes had fell from an over head bridge and landed on him Zero:- Was the person who threw the shoes over the bridge and coinsidently landed on Stanley. The Police/court then found out that it was Zero's fault not Stanley's Twitch:- Stealing cars (Has an obbsession with this) I think some of them was manslaughter and shoplifting.
