If you were rich, your house would probably be on a large portion of land. You would have servants and slaves. The servants would cook and clean and the slaves would work in the fields. You would have a kitchen, but probably would rarely go into it as you would have no need to cook. You would also have a dining room and a tea room. You would have a room with some charis and couches near the door where visitors would wait for you and where you may sit and talk. You would also have a parlor and one or two bedrooms on the first floor. Upstairs you would have multiple bedrooms for your family and for guests. Each room would have two parts to it: Your sleeping chambers and your dressing room. You also would have a library, a school room, and a play room located somewhere in your house along with sleeping chambers for your servants and some where for the slaves!!
