The 2 most obvious differences were that the Olympic, which was launched first, had problems with splashing on A deck, Titanic was adapted to prevent this and so Titanic has an enclosed area at the front of the ship on A deck with a splash guard having been fitted. Also the windows on B deck on the Titanic are uneven in spacing however the Olympic's are evenly spaced.

RMS Titanic (not HMS) had a fairly large crew. "Glory hole" is an ironic name given to the stewards' quarters (usually a dormitory). A Glory-hole steward was a steward who looked after the stewards themselves, or at least after the part of the ship in which they were located.
